Terms of Service

By accessing or using OkayWrite ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

OkayWrite is a content generation platform that uses artificial intelligence to help creators, marketers, and agencies write scripts, posts, and other content for social media and digital channels. The Service includes a web application, script generation tools, voice profiling, and workspace management features.

You must be at least 18 years old to use OkayWrite. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify OkayWrite immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create accounts using automated methods, share accounts with other individuals, or use another person's account without permission.

OkayWrite offers Free, Solo Creator, and Agency subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use OkayWrite to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or exploit the platform
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Use generated content to mislead or deceive audiences in harmful ways

You retain ownership of the content you provide as input. OkayWrite grants you a non-exclusive license to use the generated outputs for personal and commercial purposes. OkayWrite retains all rights to the platform, models, and technology underlying the Service.

You grant OkayWrite a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service. We do not train our models on your content without explicit consent.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or fit for your intended use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content generated by OkayWrite. OkayWrite makes no warranty that generated content is original, error-free, or legally compliant for your jurisdiction or platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OkayWrite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to OkayWrite in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

OkayWrite may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
